Changing the diameter of the tires makes it float in the air
Lift a full-size car and it will still float.

Adjusting handling.cfg only makes it worse
I ended up having to change the tire size to the same front and rear.
Now, It's down to earth.
I don't like the tire size, but it's better than floating in the air, so I'll move on.
